Q. Do you accept payment by debit or credit card?

A. We now accept major credit and debit cards, including VISA, AMEX, Maestro, Delta, Switch and Electron, we also accept Paypal but payments are subject to a small surcharge.

Q. How long does it take to process my order?

A. We aim for a 6 - 10 week turnaround time from receipt at the factory, to delivery. Some slippage can occur depending on postal shipping services. If we are ordering figures on your behalf remember to take into account the manufacturers shipping time.  

Q. I have a large number of 6mm figures, can you paint them for me?

A. If you can provide sample figures to copy, yes!

Q. Do you paint fantasy figures?

A. Yes, of course

Q. Can I purchase ready made units of a different size than the normal 24 man unit?

A. Yes, we try and aim at units that are a multiple of 12, but any size unit can be ordered. Contact us for a price.

Q. What if I do not like my ready painted unit?

A. That is very unlikely, but if it happens, we will exchange it or refund your money on return of the figures.

Q. I want my figures painted in a particular style, is this possible?

A. Our painting staff are very skilled at copying, if you can provide a sample model, they will reproduce it in detail.
